Tuesday and Thursdays

Starts December 1 - Ends January 28

To play at the collegiate level, you need velocity. It's as simple as that. No matter your position, college coaches calculate your project ability as a player largely around how hard you can throw a ball. Undergo a comprehensive arm strengthening program using driveline and other methods on the road to developing elite level throwing movements. We highly recommend this program for pitchers looking to add more efficient pitching mechanics.

Starts December 2 - Ends January 29

We are a program geared towards the development of all ages. This program will be designed for the 12 and under group to develop specific skills over the winter months. This is a total skills development program and will be focused on improving a player’s overall skill set in offense, defense and pitching.

4 Week Program

Session 1 - December 2nd - 30th

Session 2 - January 6th - 29th

Ages 6-12

Learn valuable techniques that will help you develop the art of a high-level catcher. Each hour-long session will focus on techniques to develop catchers in areas such as, set-up, stance, pitch calling, receiving, framing, blocking, arm action and throwing. As well as the learning the mental approach to becoming a high-level defensive catcher.

5 Week Program

Starts January 10 - Ends February 7

Designed to improve your infield defense. Work with our coaching staff to improve speed efficiency and technique. Learn skills such as, pre-pitch, approach, angles, glove work, picks, rakes, arm action, delivery and mental approach!!
