Baseball UPa 14U World Series
1. Written Notice Required Teams requesting to withdraw must submit written notification by email to bupapocono@gmail.com. The request must: Be dated and signed by the individual making the request. If the requester is not the team’s listed contact, they must include their affiliation to the team and provide a valid phone number. 2. Withdrawal at Least 30 Days Prior to Event Start Teams withdrawing 30 days or more before the event start date will receive a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the card on file, minus the deposit fee. 3. Withdrawal Within 30 Days of Event Start Teams withdrawing 29 days or less before the event start date will NOT receive a refund. The team will forfeit the entire entry fee.
